With exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for an Office Administrator to ensure our operations run smoothly and support our leadership as we scale.

This role is critical to our success. You’ll be the driving force behind our office efficiency, working closely with our leadership team to maximise productivity and enable our crew to focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. As our Office Administrator, you’ll have a direct impact on our business operations and leadership effectiveness. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our director, gaining invaluable experience in the inner workings of a successful marketing agency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an assistant to the director:
    • Managing the director’s diary
    • Protecting the director from unnecessary work and distractions
    • Booking travel, hotels, and other requirements
    • Ensuring the director has everything needed for optimal productivity
  • Managing office operations to ensure a productive work environment
  • Handling invoicing and payment collection
  • Performing basic bookkeeping duties using Dext (Receipt Bank)
  • Managing team tasks and deadlines
  • Preparing the office for meetings and podcasts
  • Ensuring the office is always presentable and well-stocked
  • Providing support to senior staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or as a personal assistant
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to anticipating needs
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
